Throughout our group sessions you will be coached through full 60 minute body strength and fitness sessions with huge emphasis on technique and a passionate approach to getting you stronger and helping you realise your potential.

Warm Up

Prepare Your Body

Before we get going, we run through a thorough warm up, ensuring your body is prepped for the lifts ahead.

Series 1

Nail The Basics

All about our big lifts. We coach you on how to perform the basic movements correctly and then we let you build your confidence under close supervision.

Series 2

Accessory Work

Building on series 1 we move into a combination of other movements that will target all other areas that will supplement your big lifts.

Series 3

The Finisher

A little sweat never hurts…to make sure we cover all bases, we finish with a little bit of endurance, to get the heart rate, energy, and mood high!
